The Music Integrity label President (since 2011) Ryan Dunham has stepped down to pursue other interests. Jonathan "JB" Brown, Vice President and Managing Director of Integrity Music’s European operation, will assume the role of label President effective immediately, relcating from England to Nashville. Phil Loose, based in the U.K. and currently Integrity’s Director of Song Publishing for European operations, moves into Brown’s former role as VP/Managing Director.
Don Moen was hit by "fake news" this week as reports of his death went viral via the internet. The news spread so rapidly that Snopes.com felt it necessary to debunk the report. Don Moen states: "Friends from all over the world began contacting me this week to make sure I was alright.” Currently enjoying some time with family and friends in Michigan, Moen will resume touring in August with a visit to South Africa with additional dates in Asia, North America and Africa this fall.
Bucks Music Group has launched Gloworks. It will offer songwriters in the worship genre the same competitive, commercial deals and services that the wider Bucks roster enjoys, as well as a bridge into other, more mainstream music genres. As well as being actively involved in Gloworks, Martin Smith (best known as the frontman of Delirious?) is the first songwriter to sign his ongoing publishing catalogue to the company.
